Can member ignore a mod or admin?
 
how can i set it so a member can ignore a moderators posts and pm's? cause i want user to still be a good member. but i want to have mod also.?

You can decide if you want users to ignore mods in vboptions > user profile options > can ignore moderators. That is just whether they can add them to their ignore list.
