Throttle Emails
 

I have the email reminder hack installed into my VB, but my server restricts me to 200 emails an hour. I have a member count > 10,000 and when the inactive reminder date is hit, I will blow past my hourly limit.

In fact, I run into problems where occasionally, we will have over 200 member sign up in an hour, and since we confirm all email addresses, we will blow past 200 in those hours also.

I know in the e-mail options, I can batch these emails.. so I could batch them to a number under 200. But I need to throttle them as well so I don't exceed 200.

Any ideas ?
