Faulty Styles & Template page
 

Hi guys, not very sure where i should post this anyway i am having problems with my Styles & Templates page in the admin cp. The page now shows up as pure white and i am not able to amend any of the templates at all!!! Help!

I recently installed
MonkeyStop Keyword and URL Moderation
Template Cache System
Vbulletin Template Compressor
Vbulletin Plugin Accelerator (Unable to install)

I am using version 3.5.4 of the board and had this problem after i installed

I only realized that i cannot amend/access any of the templates recently. The whole background page shows up as white. Here is a screenshot

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
