Newsgroup Hack?

Hey All,

I was randomly looking on Google for something and came across this website: http://www.howtofixcomputers.com/forums

It looks to have a hack that pulls posts off newsgroups and posts them in the forum, I was wondering if anyone knows what hack this is?
