Restrict subscriptions with a password etc...?

I would like to know if anyone has any idea how can I go around this. I have 2 boards and I would like for my PAID members to benefit from my new board for like 99 cents etc...I was thinking of giving some password, coupon, etc... anyone has any idea how I can prevent certain users from a subscription?

Use the subscription permissions; (dis)allowing access to whichever usergroups you want to certain subscriptions.
