Has any one used this host?

i purchased two years of hosting from them but everytime i try to contact their live chat it keeps me waiting for hours. i even tried the overseas toll free number and got charged international rate for the call and still couldn't get through to anyone after being in a que for half an hour.

are they always like this? should i look for a new host?

Ahh well I might recommend you use AmpedHosts.com its a very nice site and they're very helpful they're cheap too

They do seem cheap but they oversell drastically. That's a bad thing in a host.

I always recommend to avoid overselling hosts and their marketing stuff:)

i wouldn't suggest eukhost as that is the company i have just got a refund off of i would suggest using www.pulseinternet.co.uk they are great bandwith is amazing and so it the server's they dont ever oversell so you always get the speed your offered when you buy.

The thread starter has not asked for recommendations of a host nor is he looking for reviews for eukhost :) I would also appreciate if you could let me know the reason for your account cancellation with us and your subsequent refund.

I would do some research before I pay for 2 years hosting ;)
