Looking for VPS

I'm looking for a VPS that will allow me to grow.

Requirements:
512+mb ram
50+gb of space
100+ mysql connections

What else do i need to look for?

You will also like to look at the share cpu speed. If it's equal or not, or limited.

I ended up going with rapidVPS... we'll see how it goes from there.
