Photo gallery for blogs

Hi,

I'm having a small problem with blogs. My users are complaining that it's tedious to insert images in the blogs? Even linking the images sometimes it doesnt appear. Any solutions?

And also anyone got proper faq/step by step instruction on how to go about creating a blog? Possible to share?
