Embed Ads in Attachment.php
 

I tried embedding ads in my attachment.php file. I'd like them to go up at the top and then down the right side of the page, with the attachment floating somewhere in the middle.

I tried doing this with the $output code at the attachment_header hooks and the attachment_complete hooks and nothing would show up.

Ideas?

Not sure if what you want is possible, you are probably adding text (ie. your advertisement HTML) to the attachment (ie. add text to an image/zip-file/...). That will most likely only corrupt the attachment.

What about for just image/movie type files?

It would be essentially just taking you to a new page when you clicked the picture, with advertisements and a larger version of the attachments.
