email problem
 

I had my site on a host but a few days ago I changed the host, and was to set up my email site and when I set SMTP and the proportion of diagnoses of me an error in the former host everything works well now I do not know what to do to solve this problem, my vb is 3.7, will someone could help me in my problem?

Yes, the mysql server has gone away, this is a host issue, if this is a vhost issue a support ticket for them to look at the issue.
