Questions before purchase..

We are looking at purchasing but have some questions. We are working on a forum where community organizations such as churches can purchase a bulletin bord space to paste their upcoming events, announcements etc. Each organization will purchase the space and have a forumleader administer it.
Question 1 is can we set up VB with subscription groups where the forum leader could then create the one board area after paying? We would want each forum leader to only have access to their own forum. Also, can we customize the code so that after paying the leader would receive an email with a link to their forum and be the moderator on it automatically?

Question 2 - I see forums can have passwords. Can this only apply to the moderator - as a way to ensure the moderator or forum leader only moderates their own board?
Hope this makes sense.
Question 3 - do you offer any customizing services??

Appreciate your help - Margaret Meyers

Q1 would be against the vBulletin License Agreement

Quote:

vBulletin license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Software on one web server and one web site for each license purchased. Each license may power one instance of the Software on one domain. For each installed instance of the Software, a separate license is required. Modifications to the Software or database to circumvent the one-license-one-board rule are prohibited.

The password is for access to the forum, not for any moderation reasons. Only users you've assigned to moderate the forum will be able to see the moderation controls no matter what.

Jelsoft does not directly, but there are a few service request forums here.
