vb.org Archive - Link to; without new window

I'm trying to figure out how I can link each sports logo to its own specific forum without a new window opening. I think I'm missing something simple, but have been at it for awhile now and have yet to figure it out.

If you go HERE and scroll down to MLB, you can click on either Baltimore or Boston (the only ones I've done yet) and it opens a new window. I want it to redirect to the proper forum within the same page.

I apologize if I'm not being clear with my explaination. Is this something someone can help me with? I would greatly appreciate it!
