there is no detail here, so we can't help...

do you have hacks installed?!

did you contact your own HOST technical support to see what was slowing down ?!

check your plugins / remove some or all
check with your host / you may have to upgrade to a stronger server

Contact your host and give them the error message, see if they can help you out.

I had this error before and it was a MySQL latency issue and thats a webhost responsibility to fix.</font>
