[3.6 and 3.7] Project Tools - Deleting deleted items
 
Currently there's no inline moderation in the PT and I have a lot of spam in the PT and our staff has (as instructed) soft deleted the spam entries. Now we want to clean up and find out there's no quick way to select the deleted issues and then click ' hard delete selected items '.

If this is not too hard to create then I am grateful if someone could make this for 3.6 and 3.7 so we can select items (at least soft deleted items) and select [delete selected items].
