Need help for a simple template modification

Hi there,

I want to have an icon in the userbar that links to the personal homepage that a user has entered in his account. So far, so simple.

I have come up with the code below for postbit, but it turns out that the resulting icon simply links to the very same forum page it is on, instead of to the users homepage.

Anybody who can help me with this?
