Highlighting usernames
 
Can someone help me out. Im trying to highlight usernames like this website

Or is there a way to make my username with a outline?

Heres what I mean by outline which I would perfer.

(I have a white and black theme skin for my forums and my VIP usergroup color is white thats why I would like to use a black outline for the name. Thanks!)

I dont think I could help with the outline thing but if you wanted to make it look like Root Admin from that site linked above then its possible?
