Drop Down Menus

Just a quick question...

Which template (css) in 3.6.8pl2 do I need to alter for the (eg) Quick Links drop down menu ?

The header font is white and is not showing up given that the header background is white also.

Had a look through the popup menu css' but couldnt see the exact one.
