Insert into first post of the thread.

Hi All,

Im sure someone will have the answer to this, but no amount of searching so far has enabled me to find it !

I want to add an image at the top of the first post of every thread.

I have seen some forums do something similar with google ads, this is similar but not quite as sinister.

Can somebody point me in the right direction ?
