Need help For Pm To leaderWhen user joins Usergroup

I am having problem with this system and...i have usergroups...and everytime i need to check to usergroup option to see if there is any requests....

i tried some of codes which was posted...but didnt worked always showed problem..

is there any option where it pm's Group leader when any users requests to join that group.

Anyhelp will be appreciated..
