RSS Feed question about displaying

Alright so in my RSS manager I created the feed I want and it is workign when I go to "Priview" now Im curious as to how I get it displayed in my templates??? Sorry if its a newb question but I never really ventured into RSS before now.. haha Thanks guys

I should clarify... I do not want it in my forums, I would like to have it on my home page which is already a vb template
