Userfield in usergroup problem

I've added a hack I dunno which and it's added some userfields which I dunno how to remove.

When I try and save anything I edit, I get this message.

Doing a search of these forums for "mgccustomusergroupperms" turns up a couple of Mods with MGC in the title - a chatbox and a projects light. Did you used to have either of those installed?

You have forgotten to remove the files of a modification after uninstalling it. The files are in /includes/xml.
