Can I lock down a single thread?
 

Is it possible to lock down a thread or post so that once a person adds a post, they can not change it? I'm starting a thread (which will be a contest) that once the member posts their response, they can't change it. How can I do that?

Yes there a couple ways, but here is a quick and dirty one.

1. Create new forum
2. Edit new forums permissions for each usergroup playing.
3. Select NO for editing options & save
