Append Partial Database (SQL) via SSH

What I'm trying to do is restore a couple of MySQL files from a previous forum into an existing one.
So, it's just a part of the database, namely;
vb3_quote.sql & vb3_quoteratings.sql
(QuoteIt Hack from this board)

I exported the files from the AdminCP in VB.
I put them in the root directory via FTP.
I'm ready to add them.

Basically I don't want to overwrite the current database, I want to append to it.

So I have SecureCRT and I'm ready to do the SSH upload.

I've been trying to read up on this, but I am confused and I don't want to nuke my current database.

Suggestions / Help Appreciated!

Do those 2 tables already exisit?

I suggest you ask this in the thread of that modification. It will depend on what data is stored in these tables if it is possible at all.

Yes, but could be removed easily. Just uninstall the hack from 3.6.8.
