How to search for Skin Guys?

we are looking for a top notch 'skin guy', but where is the search function? If anyone can recommend to us a reliable, talented 'skin guy'; we would really appreciate it.

Back to the subject...how does one go about finding someone who is responsible and responsive for custom vBulletin work?

I've checked a number of websites who profess to doing vBulletin skins for hire, but when I check their forum they are either on hiatus, just not taking any custom work, or don't even bother to answer an e-mailed enquiry.

I have a small site that I just transitioned from SMF to vBulletin after a year and a half on the web. I'm a great software user, but I suck at programming, and what little customizing I need done I don't mind paying for just for the peace of mind. The upgrade alone taught me that I need to seek some help to change the style and add the other features I want.

The problem is that I'm reduced to playing Google roulette in order to get my site upgraded because I don't know of any other way to get the help that I need. I've left 2-3 "informational" messages at sites who were offering custom work, with zero responses to date.

If you can help me, please drop me a PM. If you know of someone reputable and reliable who is accepting new work, (and can turn it around in less than a month!) please PM me with that too.
