Problems on admin panel

Latelly i'm having many weired problems on my vb 3.6.8 Patch Level 2

When i'm trying to search for a user from admincp, i'm getting the following error message, when i put the full username (ex. thrylos7) :

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/thryl2/public_html/forum/admincp/global.php(212) : eval()'d code:6) in /includes/functions.php on line 2801

If i put the username (ex. thry), i'm getting the lists with all users started with 'thry' and then i can choose and see the details of this user...

Also, when i'm trying to change avatar loaded on another site (Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website), i'm getting the error message :

Warning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/thryl2/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /includes/class_upload.php on line 346

Please advise!!!

Disable all your modifications and see if this still happens.

The modifications i have installed are :

nCode Image Resizer (Disabled)
Top Posters (Cannot Disable it, but this mod was added many months before these two problem show up)
KC-Favicon (Disabled)
Cyb-Advanced Forum Statistics (Disabled)
Cyb-Visitors in Last X Hours (Disabled)
Cyb-Forum Online CountUp (Disabled)
Cyb-PM System Enhancements (Disabled)

I'm going to check now and i'll let you know

Well, i found out that KC-Favicon was the problem regarding the issue with the user search in admincp... but the problem with the avatars still exists with all the modules disabled...

The weired think is, that when i upload an avatar from my pc, everything works fine... when i'm calling an image from another site, i'm getting the error message

Warning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/thryl2/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /includes/class_upload.php on line 346
