Remove mods when upgrading
Hi,
I want to upgrade 3.7 without the mods I have installed and the data in the database the mods have added. Is it possible to let vbulletin upgrade with the orginal tables and nothing more? I really want a clean and orginal version of vbulletin and start all over again with the mods. I feel that I don't have 100% controll of the mods anymore. |
Uninstalling the product should remove any trace of the hack typically if it did a DB modification, any template edits can be easily removed by reverting the templates.
Vbulletin will not do that by itself, you need to remove what you added to the orignal vbulletin after install. |
