Identifying forum users on a 3rd party website?

I have created a small website to be used exclusively by people of the forum. The website can only be viewed if its linked from the forum.

Is there any way I can identify the usernames of the users who access this site (via any kind of referrer information, or perhaps cookie reading)?

I want to know the userids/usernames of the forum users who accessed the site.
