when non-user looks online member list, it is banned

on my site, when a guest looks the online list, it is banned. i have looked around and i couldnt find how do i fix it.
please help me

ACP > Users > Usergroup Manager > Unregistered > edit user group > General permissions > Can View Member info > set to yes > SAVE
