How to add adv. between threads?
 
Is there any possibility or mod for VB 3.5.8 to add advertisement between threads like on image below:

Funfortunatly, it doesn't work with 3.5.8. When I pressing 'global settings' menu (or any other) of this mod, I only see a white screen. Is there any other mod?

When I try to run vB Ad Management I've got the following error:

How to fix it? Installation was successfull.
