Installing hack problem
 
When I try To Install Any Hack I get this warning as i am owner why ?

Warning: Plugins are currently globally disabled via config.php.

You have turned off plugins in your config.php file. Open the file, edit it so that you can use plugins, and then upload the new version of config.php to your server.

How to disable/enable plugins
