vbSEO or Photopost for image urls?

Suppose the main that you wanted out of SEO software was for your attachments to have actual image URLS instead of this:

http://www.whatevert.com/attachment....1&d=1199661653

Would you go with Photopost or vbSEO?

vBSEO can change the attachment URLS to image URLS
