ModCP - Edit Usertitle

Hi there

I'm searching for a simple Modification of the ModCP. I want to allow my SuperModerators to edit the Usertitle of all users. (I've already asked if that's possible with standard vB, but it seems that for that i would have to promote my SuperMods to Admins).

Is there already such a modification available? Or does anyone have an idea how to do such a modification?
