Partially Turn-off email features?
 

Is there any way to partially turn-off email features.

there is just one common option for:

Report Bad Post
'Contact Us' Link
Email a Member
Email this Page to a Friend
New Post Notifications to Members

I want to turn off the last three.

I have a limited mail sending limit.

all those "thread notification mails" are causing lot of problems.

my new users are not getting verification mails, as my host limits my mail sending capacity time and again.

I was told at the vbulletin forum that it is possible by using plug-ins
