User IP not being logged

Hello all.

I have a 4x4 Forum here in Chile runing with vBulletin 3.6.7.
After a server swap, now all the posts are being logged with the Server IP address, not the User IP.

What could be the problem?

This is most likely related to a firewall or proxy your host is using for the connections to your server, check with them and tell them whats going on.
