custom bbcode / how to keep html line breaks from posting

I have got everything in my custom bbcode working just the way i want it with the exception when multiple lines are posted it parses the line breaks

how can i keep it from doing this.

Any suggestions ?

I have read and I am assuming its got to do with $do_nl2br. I have already set all instances in class_bbcode.php to false and this did not correct the issue.
