Buggy scoring system

Hi,

I notice there is a bug in the scoring system. For instance when i play the game and myscore is the same another person, I will not be able to record my achievement.

And also if i am outscore my previous score i am not able to record the latest achievement.

Any solutions or I am the only one facing this problem.
