adding word before title

Is ther any product or hack to give a control to moderator to add a specific words before the thread title and this word is colored
for example here in this forum there is "Updated"

Its prefix system, included in vbulletin 3.7.x
For older vbulletin there are plugins on vbulletin-germany.com maybe here too...
Anyway you should ask your questions please in right categories..
