How can I ad PHP or include an HTML file in Header Template
 

I am trying to add a row of thumbnails from my Photopost galleries in the header of vBulletin next to the logo.

I found I cannot include PHP in the header template so I tried using a PHP script to create a small HTML file with the thumbnalls in a table and then using an HTML include to put that in the header but that doesn't work either.

Can anyone please suggest how I can either put PHP (preferred) or include an external HTML file into the header template?

I guess a cgi script would work to include the html file but that is beyond my programming skills.
