Addon that let's any users make edits to a post, or 'wiki-like' section of a thread?

There may be something like this already, but I'm looking for an addon that will allow me to toggle a 'community editable' option on a thread. Basically, this would allow members to make edits to the original post in a thread, or possible some kind of sandbox section below the main post.

It would be a great feature for informational threads that may require frequent updates, or long threads that have key pieces of info hidden throughout many pages (as they could be summarized in the editable area of the thread on page one).

Anything like this available, or in the works? I don't want to turn my forums into some kind of disorganized wiki knock-off, but would like some minimal wiki-like features that can be enabled on specific threads when needed.

NuWiki does this.

Thanks for the suggestion ;)

Is there a guide or something somewhere that shows how to set up NuWiki so that you can flag specific topics (in any forum) as "wiki" topics? I want the topics to still behave as regular topics, where people can post replies and continue to have a discussion about the original post or editable section of the thread.

Since Nuwiki is a commercial addon, it can not be discussed on vbulletin.org, as vb.org is only for discussion of free add-ons. You can discuss NuWiki at www.nuhit.com
Note that NuWiki is currently unsupported.

After looking at NuWiki, and some sites that have integrated it into their forums, I'm not really interested in it. I don't really have any interest in turning sections of my forums into some kind of watered down wiki knock-off. What I want is really a lot more basic. I just want users to be able to edit some kind of sandbox area within a thread, whether it's the original post, second post, or some kind of area near the top of the thread. I'm really surprised that a mod like this hasn't been made yet (or maybe there is one somewhere and I just can't find it).

Here's an example: Somebody on my site posts a new thread where they want members of the site to contribute towards a walk-through for a game. They state their intentions in the original post and mark the thread as 'user editable' before submitting it. Other members who view this thread can then make edits to a specific area of the thread, adding to the guide that is being created and using the forum's own vB code to format the guide that is being created in this editable area. The rest of the thread acts as a normal vBulletin thread.
