Group Membeship Images in Posts/Threads
 
hi folks,

hmmm.. i want to put something like this on my forum for my techies, releasers group members

but i can't see much options for group memberships,

if it needs to be custom done, can you please specifiy wat i need to do, which templates need to be edited, etc...

if u don't understand wat i am talking bout, but have a idea/guess, please pm me, please

You can have rank images for specific groups. Just look under the "ranks" section of your admin CP. On my forums the staff have different rank images then the members, for example.

please, please, don't recommend me ranks, i know they are good and how they work, but i want to do something different, can u tell me some helpful tips, which templates needs to be edited, how, what scripting and blah blah !!!!

Why not use rank images? If I got you right they are exactly what you mean by "group membership images"

You can STACK ranks, so you can have - say - both a rank based on post count and one based on the usergroup in the postbit
