the emails go in bulk mail box, not email box ?

i got a problem that when i send emails to users, it always goes in bulk mail box...is there anyway that i can fix it ? or it just my host problem?

There's nothing you can do about it. Try asking your members to add your email address (the one you use to send emails out with) to their "safe"/whitelist.
