Changing a few things

Hiya,

I would like to change my forum display look to a different one...
It is currently:
http://hsmcafe.com/help/amf1.png

and I want it to look like this:
http://hsmcafe.com/help/amf2.png

NOTE: not the color, just the layout.

Can anyone help me out please?

I believe you can edit whatever is in the "last post" column in the lastposts (or something named very similar) template. If you get all the details in that column, you need only remove the "threads" and "posts" columns in your forumhome template.
