Need some DataBase help

Hello.

I got dedicated server and i want to access database tables to manually edit some files but i dont know how can i do,

please some one help me or provide me some tutorials .

I got DirectAdmin CP.

phpmyadmin :)

You should have it installed on your server. google it!
