How difficult is it?

Hello,
How difficult is it to make a stats tracker for a video game so I can add it to my gaming site? I am asking because I am new at this type of stuff and I just wanted to see the difficulty level in this issue. I already have all the stats XML feeds ready. I just need a few pointers.

You'll need to be able to parse XML fields, which (on a scale of 1 to 10) I would rate 5.
