Custom thread background colours (like stickies)
Hi guys,
I was just wondering if there is a hack out, or any way to do this. Basically what I would like, is to be able to change the background colour of a thread when it has been posted, so it stands out over the others. I only want to change the colour of the background of the thread in the forumdisplay, for example, like how the background colour of a stick thread is different. I don't want the background of the actual post to change, just the cell in forumdisplay where the title of the thread is displayed in a forum category. Any help is much appreciated =) Thanks in advance! |
Did you manage to find a solution?

try this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ghlight=sticky
if you do a search there comes up loads of mods for stickies Enjoy :D |
Thanks, this isn't quite what I'm looking for. The link you gave changes background of stickes.
What I (and OP) would like to do is to have a custom color for threads we select (they don't necessarily need to be 'sticked'). |

I think maybe they're thinking of something like this? It does say forumdisplay...

Thanks, this link does look useful, but it highlights the post.
What I am looking for is a way to highlight selected threads in thread view (when a user begins viewing posts in the thread, they are displayed normally). |
