I'd definately go with sitepoint. Their marketplace is thriving and you'll get what your site is worth :)

NamePros.com, SitePoint.com , Sedo.com ... i will go with NamePros.com , there are lots of people interested in buying developed forums .

Can concur on sitepoint.com we were very successful selling a forum on that place. Got a heck of a lot more than we expected :)
