Correct social bookmarking set up ... how?

hello,

I had a question about the correct way of setting up social bookmarking.

On vb.com the links look like that:
http://digg.com/submit?phase=2&url=h...+Image+Stretch

In my case the links are http://digg.com/submit and that is it. The topic itself is not mentioned

What is the way to adjust this?
