can't delete forums.

hey everybody.

eversince we upgraded from 3.0.8 to 3.6.8, i cannot delete forums through the admincp.
there is no error, i just click "delete forum", then it asks if i'm sure, i click "yes", and then it keeps loading until timeout.

thanks for any help.

1. Run a repair on the DB
2. Upload tools.php and rebuild the forum cache
3. Might need to check your server logs if the above two options dont help.
