Some changes in the register form

Hi everyone :)

I have a question. Did you think that it will be possible to don't show the bordered parts of the form and also set to default the "Only show age" by default?

For that, you need to modify the template modifyprofile_birthday, I would say get it step by step but only wanted a tips
