If you are talking about re-arranging the front-end (what you see) then you will need to edit the Templates. You should post in the threads from which you downloaded the modification from for specific templates to edit.

Its going to vary mod by mod, I haven't downloaded let alone used any of the modifications you have so how do you expect me to know? Look around in your templates, (FORUMHOME is the index of your forum) the others match filenames or are fairly self explanatory. Templates are made of HTML and a some <if> conditionals. You need to swap around the HTML so that they appear in the different order.

The welcome thing will apear in FORUMHOME template but I don't know which template your shout thing is in.

I see this in there and found the templates all I need to know is how you move them?Do you delete them and redo it again?Once I know this im good to go with the rest of what I want to do

To move them around in a template just cut and paste the HTML into where ever you want it to go. Most of the time it will just in the same order in the template as on the page. (i.e. if you place it at the bottom of the template it will be near the end of that template.)

Make sure you save a backup of your template (copy & paste & save the contents of the template in a notepad file)
